THE SPACE

Newly renovated and stylishly furnished, this spacious cottage boasts plenty of period features combined with modern convenience. Situated on a quiet street just 2 blocks from Summer St and within easy walking distance to everything.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay including linen, blankets, towels and electric blankets for the colder months. Enjoy curling up in front of the fire in the lounge with a glass of wine in the evening. The gas ducted heating throughout the house keeps you cosy even when the temperature outside drops.

The large, renovated bathroom provides you with the opportunity to unwind with a relaxing soak in the clawfoot bath.

The fully equipped, brand new, kitchen makes entertaining easy and contains pantry staples to make cooking that bit easier. All guests receive a bottle of local wine on arrival.

The sun drenched dining room overlooks the garden, although with so many eating options in Orange you will be spoilt for choice should you decide to eat out.

We know that your puppy is a major part of the family so we have made sure that pets are also very welcome. We provide a dog water bowl, some dog toys & dog treats for every pet coming to stay at the cottage. The garden is fully fenced so you can relax knowing your pet is totally secure.

For those travelling with little ones, we provide a highchair, cot & sheets along with a box full of toys and games. We offer a lovely big fully fenced garden that is ideal for children to play in.

The fully fenced garden offers a private haven where you can indulge in a bit of R & R. The garden is ideal for well behaved dogs and children with plenty of space to run around.

There is an outdoor setting for alfresco dining plus enjoy the cool evenings with an outdoor fire - wood, matches and firelighters provided.

Wi-fi internet connection is available throughout the house.

This cottage is ideal for groups or families wanting to enjoy a country escape together. The spacious surrounds and close proximity to restaurants, wine bars and cafes makes this the ideal choice for your next stay in Orange.

We encourage 2 night bookings on weekends and a minimum of 3 nights for special events and public holidays.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

It is quiet and peaceful yet just a short stroll to happening bars, cafes, restaurants and the Orange Regional Museum. There are many fantastic cellar doors in the region and plenty to do during all the four seasons. You have golf courses & stunning parks all on the doorstep.

GETTING AROUND

Everything is just a short stroll away. We recommend a car or wine tour bus for visiting the wineries as they are further out.Taxi's are inexpensive for getting home at the end of the night or if you are coming from the bus or train station with luggage.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

After years of interacting with guests we have a strong idea of what people want from the perfect break. We encourage communications prior to arrival to ensure all our guests have a great stay. We allow guests total privacy from the moment they arrive at the cottage.
